President's Report
Hi, hope all is good with you, your family, and friends. Well, our so-called big November competition has been and gone. We were down in numbers due to weather, however if the success of the day was judged on support by sponsors it would be an absolute winner. We had an amazing line-up of prizes from local retailers and local business owners. As President one of my main jobs is to liaise with our sponsors. It’s no secret the past year or so has been tough for business owners and retailers, yet they were all prepared to get behind our club for you the members, Now I ask you, please where you can, get in behind those supporters as we come into the festive and summer season.
Our December competitions remember is of course a week closer to Christmas. On that note the big fella in red will be there, yes Santa even comes to our Fishing Club. Please bring along a modest present with Child/Grandchild named clearly on it, Santa will be happy to hand out on the day. Our long time and awesome sponsors for December competion are once again Comag, J Swap, Indulgence Beauty and Spa and the Patron, and make sure you are there to be in the draw for that awesome Viking kayak, this year sponsored by Grant and Karen Montague. What a fantastic Christmas weigh in it is going to be ah, see you all there.
